Our PACES Booking Guarantees

We know PACES exam dates can be uncertain, so we’ve built our booking policy around flexibility and peace of mind.

Exam Acceptance Guarantee

If you are not offered a place in the forthcoming PACES diet, you’re entitled to a full refund of your course fee. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

If you are allocated a PACES exam date that takes place on or before the final day of your chosen Ealing PACES course, you may:

Move to another course date (subject to availability), or

Receive a full refund of your course fee.

We prioritise candidates who have booked later course dates and will always do our best to transfer you to an earlier course if spaces become available.

If a course is marked as fully booked, you can still join our waiting list:

  • Simply email us ad admin@ealingpaces.com

  • You will be contacted if a space becomes available.

  • Payment is only taken once you confirm you wish to accept the place.

Places do sometimes open up after a course reaches capacity, so joining the waiting list is encouraged if you have a preferred date.
